Hi. Dozo, a delivery-only sushi concept from the team behind Michelin-starred Sushi Nakazawa, is opening its first brick-and-mortar location in West Hollywood at 634 1/2 N. Robertson Boulevard.

The restaurant is set to replace the former home of Duroque Custom Neon and Lifestyle Boutique. Hi. Dozo is scheduled to open sometime in mid-to-late 2026, according to the Los Angeles Business Journal. The 2,400-square-foot space is currently undergoing a full build-out and will feature indoor and outdoor seating. Hi. Dozo aims to provide a more approachable dine-in experience than the formal omakase at Sushi Nakazawa, while maintaining high-quality fish and thoughtfully crafted sushi.

Hi. Dozo launched in Los Angeles as a delivery-only concept operating out of ghost kitchens. The brand has quickly built a following for its accessible take on premium sushi, offering options such as nigiri sets, sashimi, hand-roll kits, and a la carte rolls. This expansion represents the company’s first permanent location and a chance to engage directly with diners.

The menu currently includes selections such as 12-piece nigiri sets with Akami Tuna, Zuke King Salmon, Albacore Tataki, Hamachi, Hotate, and Toro, as well as tuna sashimi and Futo Maki. DIY hand roll kits let customers assemble rolls at home with ingredients including Toro, Yellowtail, Salmon, Ikura, rice, nori, pickled cucumbers, and seaweed salad. Other highlights include smaller nigiri sets, Chef’s Choice assortments, and the signature “Dozo” set.

A la carte offerings cover a wide range of sushi, from tuna, Toro, and salmon sashimi to nigiri featuring uni, shrimp, and various white fish. Rolls are available in six-piece portions, complemented by sides such as edamame, seaweed salad, and pickled cucumber.

Hi. Dozo’s move into a physical location allows the brand to combine its successful delivery model with a full-service dining experience. The West Hollywood site provides a central, high-traffic area for sushi fans seeking both convenience and quality, further establishing Hi. Dozo’s presence in Los Angeles’ dining scene.
