The Arts District’s always-exciting Brewery Row, home to Able Baker Brewing, Crafthaus Brewery, Nevada Brew Works, and more, looks to be adding another new spot to enjoy a drink (and do a little shopping).

This week, What Now came across licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas by Marker 40 LLC, for a spot called Marker 40. The paperwork is for both a Full Alcohol On-Premise license and a General Retail Sales license. The address of the site is 14 Wyoming Ave., which is situated in the lot across Wyoming from the retail center that houses El Taco Rico.

What Now reached out on Thursday to Brendan Roberts, one of the owners behind Marker 40 LLC. Roberts was not immediately available for comment.

That does leave us guessing as to the nature of Marker 40’s retail offerings. But the signs (that liquor license, for example) indicate that, given the location near Able Baker, this local business knows what the people want!

The Wyoming Avenue location is situated at the intersection with Main Street, near Able Baker Brewing and Jack in the Box.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available!
