A brand-new food hall is headed to Cambridge, and five of its nine tenants have been confirmed.

According to a press release, Clover Food Lab, Juicy Jay’s, Perillas Korean Kitchen, Everybody Gotta Eat, and Việt Citron will all join the upcoming Eastern Edge Food Hall at 290 Main St in Kendall Square, appropriately perched at the “eastern edge” of the MIT campus.

Clover Food Lab is the first of the confirmed vendors to be highlighted, returning to the very neighborhood where it launched as a food truck in 2008. The plant-forward eatery offers a rotating menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including Chickpea Fritter Sandwiches, Rosemary Fries, and housemade seasonal sodas and spritzes.

“Eastern Edge is going to be Cambridge’s next great gathering place,” said Julia Wrin Piper, CEO of Clover. “Clover has always focused on community—our community of New England farmers, the Kendall Square and MIT community that made our first food truck a smash hit back in 2008. Now we’re thrilled to be part of this new Eastern Edge community alongside so many inspiring food innovators.”

As for Eastern Edge itself, the food hall is slated to open in early 2026. Developed by local hospitality company Gather Group and designed by Eimer Design, the approximately 11,000-square-foot project will feature seating for 275 guests, two spacious bars, a Venetian-inspired café and bar, and flexible space for classes, community events, and private celebrations.

“Eastern Edge brings together the culinary excellence, creativity, and authenticity that define Cambridge and Greater Boston,” said Hans van der Reijden, founder and CEO of Gather Group. “From design to the curation of our culinary lineup, our vision has been to craft a destination that supports local Chefs while offering guests an exceptional and welcoming experience. We’re thrilled to introduce the food hall and our first wave of partners to the region and can’t wait to share more in the coming months.”
