Oregon’s coast is getting a new spot for pizza next spring.

Slice Riot Pizza Co. will be opening at 5040 SE Highway 101 in Lincoln City sometime next year. The location is currently in the buildout phase and will serve fresh-prepared pizzas once it is open. Owner Jim Holland is hoping to debut the spot between the end of March and early May.

“Slice Riot brings a sharper attitude and a more direct energy — a focused menu of bold, chef-driven pizzas built on scratch dough, quality toppings, and the same standards that define everything we do.”

Holland co-owns Rook & Larder, a food cart also in the Pines Dine Food Truck Village with local seafood items such as blackened rockfish and fried soft-shell crab. Ramen mac and cheese, sandwiches and salads are also offered. For Slice Riot, Holland is just focusing on pizza.

Holland’s new shop will be joining food carts such as Pattaya Thai Food and Sushi 101. This is also across the street from Snug Harbor Bar and Grill, on the south side of Lincoln City. With the location, he is hoping to expand the footprint of their businesses and serve even more people than they currently do.

More information on Slice Riot Pizza can be found on their Facebook page.
