White Rock Construction Services LLC has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the Western District of Texas amid financial challenges. The company has initiated Subchapter V reorganization proceedings.

White Rock Construction Services LLC Seeks Bankruptcy Protection

According to Pacer, White Rock Construction Services LLC made a voluntary filing of Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas. The construction company, based in Texas, filed the case on November 25, 2025.

First founded in 2021, White Rock Construction Services LLC is a commercial specialty subcontractor based in San Antonio. The company provides a range of construction services, including concrete work, slabs and sidewalks, demolition, asphalt paving, framing and drywall interiors, as well as concrete coring and temporary protection measures, among others.

They extend their services to general contractors, developers, and owners who need subcontractors for commercial or institutional projects.

Recent Filings and Court Activity

According to Pacer, the company entered Subchapter V with complete schedules, financial statements, and attorney compensation disclosures. The case opened with a fee of $1,738.

Attorney Ronald J. Smeberg submitted an application asking for approval of the court to serve as counsel for the debtor, the initial filings said. The application was supported by a declaration, retainer agreement, and proposed order. White Rock Construction Services also filed a final motion for Interim and Final approval to use cash collateral.

The company asked the court to authorize continued payments to material vendors. It also sought to grant sufficient protection to pre-petition secured lenders. Other items to accompany the motion included proposed orders, a certificate of service, and exhibits.

The estimated number of creditors as per the official filing ranges from 1 to 50. More details regarding the filed petition are as follows:

The details shared by PacerMonitor show that the Motion to Expedite Hearing was submitted the same morning. Later, Smeberg filed an amended Exhibit A and a Notice of Hearing for the upcoming proceedings. Court records also show that US Trustee Erin Coughlin entered a Notice of Appearance, indicating an active oversight in the case.

An expedited hearing was set to review the motions. The debtor is required to submit its Declaration for Electronic Filing by December 2, 2025, and file its Subchapter V reorganization plan by February 23, 2026.

As White Rock Construction Services LLC moves forward with the proceedings, the reorganization plan will determine the company’s path ahead.
