Starbucks is previewing its 2026 winter menu, which hits stores nationwide on January 6. The menu is built on new drinks and food items, along with some returning favorites, designed to delight evolving customer tastes.
Starbucks to Bring New Drinks and Seasonal Favorites

The winter menu of Starbucks comes with a wider range of innovative drinks and continuing favorites among fans. First in the list of additions to the season are two new protein-based beverages, Caramel Protein Matcha and Caramel Protein Latte, which are based on the increasing trend of providing a beverage that balances functionality and flavor.
Starbucks is expanding customization with a new sugar-free caramel syrup, available year-round.
Cold-weather classics are also coming back with the Pistachio Latte and Pistachio Cream Cold Brew rejoining the menu alongside a new product, the Pistachio Cortado. New global-inspired drinks, Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha and Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha join the menu after gaining popularity online.
Starbucks will also add Truffle, Mushroom, and Brie Egg Bites to add more value to the breakfast menu for a limited time. They will also launch a revamped Turkey Bacon, Cheddar, and Egg White Sandwich, which will include Cherrywood-smoked turkey bacon and sharper white cheddar.
The last addition to the seasonal lineup is the reintroduction of the Valentine Cake Pop, which will add a festive touch to the winter menu.
