Belle’s Pizza Kitchen, Tampa’s beloved pink pizza trailer, is preparing to move into its first permanent, brick-and-mortar home. It’s opening at 6612 Interbay Blvd, according to submitted plan review documents.

“Coming soon!” says a message from Belle’s Pizza Kitchen on Google Maps. “Transitioning from our beloved pink trailer into our brick & mortar shop! A Pizza [with] love in every pie.”

Beloved is indeed the word.

“This place is a hidden gem!” says one 5-star review. “I tried the Godmother during my first visit and it was an excellent choice!”

“Belle’s Pizza Kitchen has quickly become a weekly staple,” says another. “My husband has named it his new favorite Tampa pizza place. I love Grandpa Scott’s Hot Pepperoni—he loves the Bestie. You can’t go wrong. So good!”

In case you’re wondering: The Godmother is a pie with mushroom, ricotta, rosemary, garlic, chilli flakes, mozzarella, parmigiana, and EVOO; the Grandpa Scott’s Hot Pepperoni is topped with pepperoni, hot honey, cheddar, mozzarella, parmigiana, tomato, sauce, and EVOO; and the Bestie is made with provolone, ricotta, mozzarella, cheddar, parmigiana, tomato sauce, and EVOO.

What Now reached out on Monday to owner Ray Kongwa to ask about plans for the transition. Kongwa was not immediately available for comment.
