Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls is bringing its authentic New England-style lobster rolls to Dallas with its first location in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

The grand opening will kick off starting at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 13, at 2301 N. Akard St, Suite 260, Dallas, TX 75201. To celebrate the grand opening, guests can enter to win FREE LOBSTER ROLLS for a year, one each week, through Sunday, January 11. Guests who mention “I LOVE LOBSTER” at checkout in store will also receive a FREE soup or fountain drink with a purchase of a roll through Friday, December 20, while supplies last.

Located within walking distance of the American Airlines Center, The Dallas World Aquarium, The Perot Museum of Nature and Science and Klyde Warren Park, the new restaurant brings a convenient and coastal flavor to the popular entertainment district.

Designed with a casual coastal ambiance and a commitment to friendly service, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls provides guests with an authentic taste of New England, focusing on sustainably sourced seafood, led by lobster rolls – including both Classic Maine and Connecticut styles. Each roll is prepared with care, using straightforward, traditional recipes that emphasize the freshness of the ingredients. Other menu items also include salads, Crab and Shrimp Rolls, New England Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque and Lobster Mac & Cheese.

Founded in 2014 by Dan Beck, a former restaurant seafood buyer who spent time with Maine lobstermen learning the importance of quality sourcing, Masons Famous Lobster Rolls brings the traditions and flavors of Maine lobstering communities to locations across the U.S. The company’s dedication to honesty and excellence is why the restaurant has become the largest brick-and-mortar lobster roll chain in the U.S. that boasts the widest variety of rolls.

“Just over a year ago, I tasted my first Mason’s Famous Lobster Roll, and I knew that I needed to bring their freshness and quality back home to Dallas,” said Thu Bui, owner and operator of Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls of Dallas in a statement. “It was unlike anything I’d ever tried before with the Mason’s New England Split Top roll and the high-quality lobster. I am excited for the Dallas community to experience their own taste of Maine with all of our delicious menu items whether they’re a lobster lover or they’re trying it for the first time!”

Bui first visited the Austin Mason’s location in 2024 and quickly got in touch with the brand’s franchise team to bring the delicious dining experience back to her hometown. Recognizing Dallas’s lack of authentic lobster rolls, she knew the community would be a great fit for the fast-growing restaurant franchise. When it came to the location, she felt Victory Park was the perfect spot, as it would allow city residents to enjoy a delicious meal before making the walk to a nearby game or concert at the American Airlines Center.

The new Mason’s location will serve the community every day from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. For more information, visit www.masonslobster.com or follow the new location on Facebook and Instagram.
