Fluffy Fluffy, the restaurant that offers cloudlike soufflé pancakes and more, is coming to UCF.
The all-day breakfast and dessert cafe is opening at 4250 West Plaza Drive in Orlando right at the University of Central Florida campus, and shold be serving up its signature fluffy favorites in the first quarter of 2026, according to franchise owner, Artie Stoeke.
Fluffy Fluffy is a growing fast casual restaurant that specializes in ultra-fluffy soufflé pancakes. These trending delights are based on Japanese fuwa fuwa, which translates to “fluffy fluffy” in English. Fluffy Fluffy’s founder Benson Lau was inspired by Japan’s love affair with the pancakes to bring them to Canada first and now to the U.S.
Each soufflé pancake is made to order, with a chef whipping egg whites into soft peaks, then slow cooking on low heat to achieve the eatery’s signature fluffy and bouncy texture. The soufflés are topped with a variety of sweet and savory toppings such as fruit, sauces, avocado, and eggs.
The restaurant is growing in popularity, thanks in part to social media influencers who frequently post about the jiggly treats that look as delightful as they taste.
