Irv’s Burgers is continuing to expand its Las Vegas footprint with a new location set to open in the food court of the Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino at 2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy. in Spring 2026.
The iconic Los Angeles burger stand will take over the spot currently occupied by Fatburger, according a recent press release.
“Irv’s Burgers brings an iconic, feel-good energy that aligns perfectly with the guest experience we’re cultivating at Green Valley Ranch,” said Ken Janssen, Vice President and General Manager.
“As we continue refining our dining offerings, Irv’s is a natural fit, approachable, craveable, and rooted in a rich culinary legacy.”
The West Hollywood Route 66 landmark opened as Queen’s Burgers in 1946. In 1970, Irv Gendis, bought the burger stand and renamed it Irv’s Burgers. Thought Irv’s has continued to grow in popularity the brand has avoided growing into a huge chain with just eight Irv’s Burger locations sprawled across Southern California and Nevada. Irv’s Burger made its Nevada Debut at the tail end of 2023, opening at the Eat Your Heart Out food hall in the Durang casino before opening a second location at the Planet Holloywood Miracle Mile Shops.
“Las Vegas has shown Irv’s so much love, and we’re thrilled to bring our brand to another beloved Station Casinos property,” Irv’s Burgers co-owner Lawrence Longo said in the press release.
“Green Valley Ranch is the perfect neighborhood destination for our next chapter, and we can’t wait to serve our burgers to the Henderson community.”
What Now Houston reached out to Longo for comment on the new opening but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
But the press release confirms that Irv’s Burgers guests can expect Irv’s old fashioned and beloved freshly made premium beef burgers, American cheese, pickles, onions, and classic condiments. Of course the meal is completed by favorites like chili cheese fries, hand-spun milkshakes, and other nostalgic sides.
While no exact date has been revealed just yet for the new Irv’s Burger to come to the Valley, Nevadans and its visitors can expect to have the chance to chow down at the new Irv’s Burgers to come to the Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino food court at 2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy. by Spring 2026.
