Tuscan Brands is expanding its presence in the Boston area with two exciting new ventures.
First, the company is preparing to open Sorella at 2400 District Ave in Burlington, taking over the former Tuscan Kitchen space. Though the concept was previously announced, further details about the name and menu were only recently revealed.
At Sorella, diners can expect elevated versions of Tuscan Brands’ most beloved dishes, including signature Bolognese, lobster pizza, scratch-made pastas, and other artisan-driven offerings—all reimagined through a fresh, contemporary lens, according to a representative for the eatery.

The restaurant’s design emphasizes a softer, more feminine aesthetic, a significantly expanded bar, and flexible private dining spaces, perfect for everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.
Meanwhile, Tuscan Brands is also planning a new, as-yet-unannounced concept in Boston, slated to debut in the spring of 2026. While details are still under wraps, the company promises a dining experience that will further showcase its signature focus on quality, creativity, and elevated cuisine.
Sorella is expected to open in early January 2026. Stay tuned for official updates and menu reveals as the openings approach.
