Buda’s upcoming and much-anticipated mixed-use development The Roundabout in Buda broke ground this fall, and as construction gets rolling, restaurant tenants have begun to sign on. One of these was revealed this week, when Community Impact reported on news of a new Irish pub planned for the development: M. McCall’s Irish Pub.

Owned by Jimmy Kelly, Josh Bumb, Richard Veregge, and Tim Dowling, it will feature “live music, a patio and a menu modeled after Kelly’s Irish Pub,” with “elevated pub food, Guinness and Irish whiskeys,” the coverage says.

Located in Austin, Kelly’s Irish Pub is owned by Kelly and Bumb. It’s an “authentic, cozy neighborhood Irish pub, with friendly staff, great Guinness and serving traditional Irish food amongst other favorites.

Mains from the Kelly’s menu include classics like Fish & Chips, Shepherd’s Pie, Bangers and Mash, and Irish Stew.

What Now reached out on Friday to Josh Bumb to ask about further details on the M. McCall’s Irish Pub’s menu. Bumb was not immediately available for comment.

The pub, named after Marjorie McCall, an 18th-century figure of Irish legend, is working toward an opening in June 2027.
