Casa Tua, an international Italian dining brand known for refined hospitality, is preparing to open a new restaurant at 153-159 South Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills.

The company recently submitted a liquor license application for the address, signaling progress toward a Beverly Hills location, according to public records. This filing follows What Now Los Angeles’ earlier report that Casa Tua Cucina was planned for the forthcoming One Beverly Hills development at 9900 Wilshire Boulevard. It is currently unclear whether this new filing represents a second Beverly Hills location or a shift away from the previously announced plans. An opening timeline has not been confirmed, but customers can expect an Italian-driven concept aligned with the Casa Tua brand.

Casa Tua Cucina was initially announced as part of the $10 billion One Beverly Hills mixed-use project, with an expected opening in 2028. That concept was described as an Italian marketplace-style restaurant featuring multiple food stations, retail offerings, and casual yet upscale dining. The newly filed Beverly Drive address suggests a different physical footprint and potentially a different rollout strategy. No official announcement has clarified the connection between the two plans.

Founded in Miami Beach in 2001 by Miky and Leticia Grendene, Casa Tua has grown into a global hospitality brand with locations in Aspen, Paris, and New York. The concept is known for blending Italian cuisine with art, design, and community-focused experiences. Casa Tua Cucina operates as a more open and accessible format within the broader brand portfolio. Each concept emphasizes craftsmanship, simplicity, and a strong sense of place.

The Beverly Hills filing points to continued interest in expanding the brand’s presence in Southern California. The South Beverly Drive location places Casa Tua in a dense dining corridor near residential and retail activity. This will be an excellent landing space for a concept that balances neighborhood appeal with destination dining.

While details about the Beverly Hills restaurant remain limited, the liquor license application suggests active development is underway. More clarity is expected as permits progress, and the company shares additional information. For now, the filing signals that Casa Tua’s Beverly Hills plans are evolving and still very much in motion.
