2B Hospitality Looks to Be Bringing Stillwaters Tavern to Land O’ Lakes

Submitted paperwork shows a new Stillwaters opening near 2B Hospitality’s BellaBrava

Stillwaters Tavern, the “American Scratch Kitchen + Bar” from 2B Hospitality, looks to be headed to Land O’ Lakes. With one location already operating in St. Petersburg, at 224 Beach Drive NE, Stillwaters Tavern is working to launch its second location at 16729 Focus Loop, which would place it just steps away from the Land O’ Lakes outpost of BellaBrava, 2B Hospitality’s “New World Trattoria” concept.

If the St. Pete Stillwaters menu is anything to go by, the Land O’ Lakes location would be another great spot for American cuisine that “features locally-produced dairy, vegetables, seafood, and shellfish with a focus on flavor and quality.”

The menu features Mains like the Tavern Pot Roast, Chicken Jager Schnitzel, and Bayou Style Shrimp & Crawfish. There are sandwiches (served with choice of fries or southern slaw) that include Nashville Hot Chicken, Wood-Grilled Chicken, and the Wood-Grilled Fresh Catch. There’s also brunch, with choices like the Ham & Cheese Benedict, Chicken & Waffles, and the Breakfast Smash-wich (house-made buttermilk biscuit, scrambled eggs, two maple sage sausage patties, sharp cheddar, tavern cheese sauce).

“The menu highlights items from both land and sea, with a focus on bringing unique flavors from the kitchen to your table,” says the Stillwaters Tavern website. “We look to our exceptional collaboration with local artisans, farmers and foragers to serve the best seasonal and locally produced dairy, vegetables, grains, seafood and shellfish.”

Opening in the Focus Loop location, the new Stillwaters Tavern would join a restaurant community that includes not only BellaBrava but concepts like Taco Bus, Banh Mi & Boba, and Grain & Berry.
