A new ice cream spot is heading to 164 West Wieuca Road NE in Buckhead. Chastain Creamery will open Jan. 19 in the space, bringing a new community gathering spot to the area.

“We want to bring a vibrant, energetic vibe that matches the community,” a representative with the company told What Now Atlanta. “We love how family-oriented the Chastain community is, and we want to make sure we’re bringing a fun, energetic vibe that matches that.””

Chastain Creamery will offer more than 36 flavors of premium handcrafted ice cream, and it will offer dairy-free and sugar-free options with an emphasis on providing creative flavors for those who opt for those alternatives.

“There are some really unique and surprising flavors that you generally don’t see in an ice cream shop,” the representative said.

The spot will also serve coffee options.

The ice cream shop will have a clean layout with a bright color scheme and room for indoor seating. The team hopes to eventually expand to outdoor seating options, as well.
