New residential development on Pharr Road means another March 2016 move.
David Barron, owner of Barron’s London Salon, plans to move his business to a yet-to-be-constructed building at 2978 Lookout Place NE in Buckhead, next to the current the salon’s current space at 375 Pharr Road NE.
“We’ll have all the same services, and we should open the new space as soon as we move out of here,” Barron told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in a telephone conversation Monday.
The structure on Pharr Road will be torn down for a new apartment complex in March 2016, when Barron plans to move into his new two-story space.
The apartment project by Trammell Crow is also means Laura Goddard Style will move to Grant Park, as previously reported by WNA.
Land development, which includes a new parking lot for Barron’s London Salon, ahead of construction at 2978 Lookout Place will cost an estimated $55,000. Building permits for the construction phase have not yet been filed with the City of Atlanta.
