Rosetta Bakery has postponed the opening of its upcoming High Street location in Atlanta. The Italian bakery was previously scheduled to open on January 19, with a grand opening celebration planned for January 24. New dates will be announced at a later time.
Authentic Italian Bread and Pastries at Rosetta Bakery
The opening of Rosetta Bakery will mark its second location in Atlanta. The bakery will roll out samples of sweet selections and beverages from Rosetta’s menu. Guests can expect to receive exclusive opening promotions. The menu will feature artisanal coffee, croissants, focaccia, signature bomboloni, sandwiches, and assorted desserts.
All the items at the bakery are freshly made by hand every morning. “Over the past year, High Street has quickly become a go-to place for people to meet, dine, and unwind, and Rosetta Bakery adds even more flavor to that experience,” said Amari Holmes, High Street’s Marketing Manager.
“With its welcoming atmosphere and focus on quality, it’s the kind of concept that perfectly fits the spirit of High Street: approachable, elevated, and full of energy,” added Holmes.
Community Food Donations Program
Located along the Green, Rosetta Bakery has both indoor and outdoor seating with a covered patio. The bakery plans to collaborate with local food banks to donate unsold items. The initiative will help support the community.
“We’re so proud to open our doors at High Street and introduce our Italian-inspired bakery to Atlanta’s Perimeter,” said Carolina Rosini, partner at Rosetta Bakery.
“At Rosetta, we believe in creating spaces where people can connect over food made with care and intention, and High Street is the ideal setting for that,” Rosini added. The High Street opening will expand Rosetta Bakery’s footprint in the Atlanta area.
