Proving that New Year’s resolutions aren’t only for humans, an upscale DFW restaurant is kicking off 2026 with a relatively exhaustive makeover. Le PasSage is using a fresh year for a fresh start and is beginning the work to usher in a new era as a casual, all-day cafe, reports Dallas Observer.

Le PasSage, located at 4205 Buena Vista Street, Suite 130, is presently only greeting visitors for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The restaurant is currently a high-end Asian fusion concept, however locals at large have not embraced it. While it is not explicitly clear what changes the concept will be undergoing, Le PasSage’s new incarnation will be open all-day and will cultivate a more casual atmosphere. Travis Street Hospitality is hoping to entice visitors to the Katy Trail, hungry after their hikes.

Travis Street Hospitality group owner Stephan Courseau credits the pivot to customer demand, telling D Magazine: ““You have to respect the diner’s decision. At the end of the day, that’s what it comes to.”

What Now Dallas has reached out to Travis Street Hospitality for further details-including an opening timeline-and will fill readers in as information becomes available.
