Little Caesars is leaning into one of America’s most talked-about pizza styles with a new menu launch centered on Detroit-style pizza. The regional favorite is known for its square shape, crispy edges, and airy interior. This time, the chain is reworking the style into a single-serve format designed for solo diners and value-focused customers.
Little Caesars Unveils Its First-of-its-Kind Pizza Concept
Little Caesars has launched a new menu innovation with the introduction of the Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix, a single-serve item that is a combination of two of the most popular products into one small meal. The launch also draws on Little Caesars’ deep roots in Detroit.
In the promotional campaign, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions wide receiver, will help spotlight the product’s hometown roots. His involvement reinforces the brand’s longstanding ties to Detroit while helping introduce the new concept nationwide.
The product and the campaign are a new interpretation of the Detroit-style pizza, packaged for modern, on-the-go dining. The new menu item officially launched on January 12.
Greg Hamilton, Little Caesars’ chief marketing officer, said the concept brings together flavor, convenience, and value in a way that reflects how many consumers eat today. “It’s perfect for people who want something quick, hearty, and satisfying, without sacrificing taste. We’re excited to introduce this new way to enjoy Detroit-Style Pizza.”

Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix Pizza
Detroit-style pizza is a rectangular, pan-baked pizza invented in Detroit, Michigan. It is characterized by its thick, airy crust, which is crunchy on the bottom and edges, where the cheese caramelizes against the sides of the pan.
The outcome is a pizza with a light, thin interior and a crunchy exterior, with a balance of rich cheese and bright tomato sauce, distinct from New York- or Chicago-style pizzas.
Little Caesars has combined this pizza style with Italian cheese bread to create Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix. This single-serve pizza will offer two slices of Detroit-Style Deep Dish Pepperoni pizza, four pieces of Italian cheese bread, and dipping sauce for $4.99.
By combining two familiar menu items into a single compact offering, Little Caesars aims to appeal to both longtime fans and first-time Detroit-style pizza eaters.
By introducing Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix, Little Caesars is tapping into growing consumer interest in regional pizza styles. Little Caesars is among the world’s largest brands of pizza chains, known for its value-driven pricing, convenience, and steady menu innovation.
Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix will be available all day at participating locations nationwide beginning January 19, 2026.
The company was founded in 1959 in Garden City, Michigan. Today, the brand operates thousands of locations across the United States and internationally.
