Salad and Go is launching a limited-time menu that aims to keep their guests on track with their health objectives while also making their meals affordable and accessible. The brand, with its drive-thru model and fresh, made-to-order food, caters to the increasing demand for healthy food that maintains quality and customer value.

The menu lineup is introduced at a time when consumer interest in protein-based meals is increasing, a trend that continues to shape nutrition conversations as customers prioritize satiety and overall wellness.

The new offerings also highlight Salad and Go’s ongoing partnerships with produce suppliers, reinforcing its commitment to sourcing fresh, premium ingredients.

This is evidenced in the statement of Tom Carusona, Salad and Go CMO, who said, “At Salad and Go, quality starts with the ingredients. Our partnership with Avocados From Mexico reinforces our commitment to sourcing fresh, premium produce while keeping our menu affordable. Together, we’re bringing back one of our most loved salads in a way that delivers the flavor and value our guests expect from us.”

Healthy Meal Options

The limited-time menu at Salad and Go will consist of a combination of returning favorites and three new items that are offered to the guests all day long at all locations while supplies last:

  • Good Greens Salad and Wrap: It is one of the returning favorites presented by Avocados From Mexico and includes avocado, marinated chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, cucumber, and croutons over spinach and romaine with Lemon Basil Vinaigrette drizzled over it. The protein that guests can have is slow-roasted pulled chicken or tofu, with prices starting at $7.75.
  • Big AZ Burrito: This is the largest breakfast burrito of the brand so far, named after the brand’s home state, Arizona. It has two servings of eggs, four ounces of shredded beef, and triple pepper jack cheese, providing over 50 grams of protein. The prices start at $5.99.
  • Orange Reviver: This is a light and refreshing juice combination with oranges, apples, mint, and turmeric, and no added sugar. Price varies by market.
  • Loaded Greek Hummus: A savory dish with 10 grams of protein, containing creamy hummus, marinated chickpeas, and crumbled feta. Price varies by market.

Salad and Go was founded on the belief that nutritious food should be affordable and accessible. The newest limited-time menu assortment helps the brand reaffirm its commitment to fresh ingredients, value pricing, and quick service, making nutritious meals easier to enjoy.
