Following their Portland debut, a coffee company with vibrant flavors is heading south.
From their social media, Boost N Brew will be opening a second location at 2758 NE Highway 99. The shop will feature both indoor seating and a drive-thru. Owner Dinesh Thapa told What Now Portland he is hoping to open the coffee spot either at the end of this month or beginning of February.
It was not long ago that the first Boost N Brew debuted in August at 5115 SE Foster Road. Thapa said he has been working on the project for around three months. In a recent post, staff thanked the community for supporting the cafe in 2025 and teased what is to come in McMinnville.
“This place is a little bigger and will be offering a lot more!” Says the recent post.
Customers can expect many of the same drinks, like lattes, chais and Italian sodas. Thapa is also planning on serving acai bowls, pastries and croffles. The croffles are a relatively new concept, which are layered croissants in the shape of a waffle, and Thapa will serve these with different flavors.
The new shop will be at the intersection of NE Highway 99 and NE 27th Street. There is a Wingstop location in the area, as well as Panda Express and Burger King. It is unclear where exactly in the plaza Boost N Brew is being built.
Thapa said the opening is dependent on the health and plumbing inspections happening. He will be providing updates on the business’s social media in the coming days.
