Old Fourth Ward staple Condesa Coffee has expansion plans this year. In addition to adding a location at Northwood Ravin’s Halo development in East Decatur this year, the local brand has lined up a third location in Grant Park, owner Anthony Montague shared with What Now Atlanta. The location will open at 1015 Boulevard SE in late Q2 of this year.

Condesa Coffee serves espresso drinks, pour-overs and drip coffees, as well as light food items including pastries and sandwiches.

“We’re community-driven and are all about creating a third space for people in the neighborhood and community,” Montague said in a recent interview with What Now Atlanta. “We are looking to continue to expand and create these communities where people can come together through a cup of coffee.”

The coffee shop has been part of the Old Fourth Ward community since 2010. Montague took over ownership in 2023 to carry on the spot’s legacy.
