Beans & Brews Coffeehouse, the fast-growing coffee franchise known for its High-Altitude Roasting and welcoming, community-focused atmosphere, has officially opened its newest location in Mansfield. The store, located at 2411 E Broad St, Mansfield, TX 76063, near the heart of the city’s busiest retail corridor, provides a cozy, sit-down coffeehouse experience.
The shop features a warm coffeehouse feel, inviting guests to stay, talk, gather, study, or work—paired with a full drink and food menu, including fan-favorite specialty espresso drinks, original cold brews, and the brand’s newest protein coffee line.
This Mansfield location is owned and operated by GMV Holdings, a local six-member family-led team: husband-and-wife duo Cari and Tony Golovich, his parents, and his sister and brother-in-law. The journey began as the Golovich’s wanted to build something meaningful for their three daughters’ futures.
“We wanted something we could build as a family; something our girls could one day be part of,” said franchise owner Cari Golovich in a statement. “When we learned about Beans & Brews’ values, their roasting philosophy, and the brand’s focus on people and community, it just clicked. The Golovich’s bring deep entrepreneurial roots to the brand. Cari spent more than 25 years working in construction and operations, including project management for the family construction company. Her hands-on experience helped guide every detail of the Mansfield buildout, right down to overseeing construction, coordinating with general contractors, and ensuring quality at every stage.

The store has already become a neighborhood hub, hosting moms’ groups, business meetings, and church gatherings. While local zoning prohibits a drive-thru, it has only reinforced the shop’s identity as a true sit-down coffeehouse where guests can linger, connect, and unwind.
GMV Holdings has signed a three-store development agreement and will continue expanding Beans & Brews throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area as they secure additional real estate.
