After absolutely dominating the Northeast in 2025, an ambitious food hall is breaking into the DFW. Wonder, known for its partnerships with high-profile chefs, has filed paperwork for a new location in Southlake and construction is set to begin this spring.

The dining juggernaut is bringing its innovative business model to a renovated space at 2055 W Southlake Boulevard. The paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation pertaining to Wonder states that the restaurant will span 3,868 square feet. Work is set to begin on the storefront on April 2 of this year and is set to wrap by June 12-a positive indicator for a summer opening.

There is not currently a great deal of information available about Wonder’s expansion into the DFW. The chain has, until this point, been concentrated in the Northeast. It has enjoyed considerable success and rapid growth over the past year with multiple locations opening across the Philadelphia and DC areas in particular.

Wonder functions as a food hall, partnering with multiple notable chefs including Bobby Flay and Marcus Samuelsson. Guests are invited to order from as many concepts as they’d like and meals are made-to-order and aggregated on one convenient bill.
