Jersey Mike’s Subs is launching a seasonal sandwich, the Mike’s Hot Italian. The launch expands the menu as the brand celebrates its 70th anniversary. The limited-time sub is rolling out at Jersey Mike’s locations nationwide.

Jersey Mike’s Celebrates 70th Anniversary with Nationwide Hot Italian Sub Debut

The brand is launching a new menu item that marks a first in its history as Jersey Mike’s celebrates 70 years in 2026. The brand is known for its fresh-sliced and fresh-grilled subs, and it is launching Mike’s Hot Italian, the first hot sub made with chopped Italian meats.

The sandwich joins the brand’s existing lineup of classic subs. A regular Mike’s Hot Italian sub is priced at $8.95 and is available in-store, online, and through the Jersey Mike’s app.

The limited-time sandwich is available at more than 3,200 Jersey Mike’s locations nationwide. Mike’s Hot Italian sub features hand-sliced ham, salami, and pepperoni that are grilled to order with melted provolone. It is topped with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and the company’s Chopped Pepper Relish, known to customers as CPR.

Stacy Peterson, president and chief operating officer of Jersey Mike’s, said that the new sub came as a response to customer demand. “Our fans let us know they’re hungry for it, so we created this bold new flavor profile that brings together hot chopped Italian meats, melty cheese, and our mouth-watering CPR for an experience we think our customers will crave long after their last bite.”
