Insomnia Cookies is ramping up for Valentine’s Day with a mix of experiential dining and time-limited menu offerings. The late-night dessert brand has announced its first-ever date-night pop-up reservations, along with a list of seasonal cookies, dips, and custom gift boxes created to celebrate the season of love.
Celebrate This Valentine’s Day With Insomnia Cookies

Insomnia Cookies is expanding beyond its traditional dessert offerings and developing more experience-driven holiday events. This Valentine’s Day, Insomnia Cookies is putting a sweet spin on date night by offering couples exclusive dine-in reservations at select bakery locations.
The first-ever limited reservations in the brand’s history are aimed at making late-night cravings a celebratory experience and can only be reserved via the Insomnia Cookies site by Insomnia Rewards Members. Here’s a set menu for a perfect date night costing $30:
- One (1) 6-Pack of cookies
- Three (3) dipping sauces (Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, and Caramel)
- Two (2) bottles of milk
Insomnia Cookies CEO and founder, Seth Berkowitz, also stated that the company is eager to develop meaningful relationships with its customers through its famous warm cookies. “As the late-night bakery known for delivering warm, delicious cookies, Insomnia is excited to introduce our in-store Valentine’s Day reservations in honor of one of the most indulgent times of the year.”
The reservations are open for Thursday, February 12, and Friday, February 13, between 8 pm and 12 am at the various locations across the country, listed here:

Decadent Menu Offerings

Apart from an aesthetic date pop-up, Insomnia Cookies is spicing up the holiday with a series of limited-time menu entrees for an enhanced experience for everyone. The seasonal product includes new dessert dips and cookies, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis:
- Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, and Caramel Dips– Three indulgent limited-edition dips to be dunked, drizzled, and shared. The new sauces will bring even more indulgence to the warm cookies offered by Insomnia and will be sold in-store from February 9.
- Red Velvet Classic– A returning Valentine’s Day favorite treat enhanced with a cream cheese icing on red velvet cookies. Available starting Jan. 27.
- Red Velvet Cookies ‘N Cream Brookie– A hybrid cookie that involves the transfer of a red velvet cookie over a brookie base that contains cream cheese chips and is topped with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. Available starting Jan. 27.
- Chocolate Covered Strawberry Classic– This is a seasonal spin, and the strawberry cookie with strawberry-infused cranberry bits and Hershey’s Mini Kisses Chocolate. Available starting Jan. 27.
- Red Velvet Cheesecake Classic– Another version of the red velvet cookie, this one with mini cream cheese chips and a center of cheesecake. Will be served from Feb. 13 in selected bakeries.
- Ghirardelli Chocolate Lava Cake Classic– Made of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips and cocoa powder, filled with a molten center of Ghirardelli chocolate. Available starting Feb. 13.

Grab Exclusive Cherub Chunk Gift Box
For patrons who wish to relish Insomnia Cookies’ Valentine’s special offerings but are not sure about the pop-up reservation, there is an option of a limited-time Cherub Chunk Gift Box.
Available starting February 13, as long as supplies last, it is a customizable classic 12-pack of cookies, in a Valentine-themed package. All of the gift boxes contain a Cherub Chunk plushie as well, to add to the excitement with a cupid-themed plaything.
