Sachse is set to welcome a new lively brunch spot this February as Huckleberry’s Breakfast and Lunch prepares to launch in the city. This will mark the popular brunch dining concept’s third Texas location. The casual, Southern-inspired outlet will kick off its opening day with a mug giveaway followed by a ribbon-cutting event.
Huckleberry’s Breakfast and Lunch Brings Bayou Flair to Sachse

The much-loved brunch chain is gearing up to open doors of its new Cajun-inspired, Southern-style spot in Sachse next month. Huckleberry’s Breakfast and Lunch is bringing the food, music, and décor of the Louisiana bayou to the North Texas location with the latest launch.
Families, students, professionals, weekend brunch lovers, and those seeking comfort food can stop by the locally owned and operated Sachse location for a casual and inviting retreat. The timing is from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., seven days a week.
Grand Opening Celebration

Positioned to the north of the President George Bush Turnpike and south of Sachse High School, the outlet will open its doors on Monday, February 9. The first 50 guests at Huckleberry’s Breakfast and Lunch, Sachse, will receive a free “Who’s Your Huckleberry?” coffee mug and complimentary coffee.
The brunch place will continue the opening celebrations in Sachse with a ribbon cutting ceremony slated for Wednesday 11, at 8 a.m.
Flavorful Menu Highlights

North Texas patrons can dine at the full-day brunch spot for a variety of tempting Cajun-inspired menu items. The Sachse outlet will also offer classic brunch items, such as Mardi Gras Beignets, Stacked Chicken & Waffles, Cajun Benedict, Shrimp Po’ Boys, Fried Green Tomatoes, and Louisiana Catfish.
The friendly brunch destination will present North Texas patrons with several beverages as well. Huck’s Swamp Tea, Huckleberry Lemonade, and specialty hot and iced coffees topped with whipped cream are a few highlight items.
In addition to the menu, the latest Huckleberry location will present patrons with an immersive dining environment. Sachse diners can experience the brunch brand’s iconic design elements, including a weeping willow tree, Zydeco music, twinkling fireflies, playful gator accents, and vibrant accents.
“We embrace our guests like family and immerse them in the spirit of the bayou,” said Greg Graber, CEO of Heritage Restaurant Brands®. “We’re excited to introduce Sachse to our exceptional hospitality and bold Southern flavors while becoming an active part of the community for years to come.”
