PopUp Bagels Officially Opens in West Palm Beach

The "Not famous but known" bagel shop, famous for introducing the “Grip, Rip and Dip’ food craze, expands with first West Palm Beach location at CityPlace

PopUp Bagels is continuing its expansion into South Florida with its new location in West Palm Beach at CityPlace storefront on February 6th. Quickly following, Aventura and Brickell will be opening early this year.

Since the brand’s debut in Connecticut in 2021, PopUp Bagels has morphed from humble beginnings to a company known for its unique business model, featuring hot and whole bagels, weekly schmear flavors and impressive brand collaborations. What started out of founder Adam Goldberg’s backyard window is now a defining icon of New York’s bagel culture, with locations nationwide.

“West Palm Beach is a strong next step for us as we continue to grow in South Florida. CityPlace fits how we think about locations – high-energy, food-forward, and part of the daily rhythm of the neighborhood,” said PopUp Bagels CEO Tory Bartlett in a statement. “With our Delray location now open and Aventura and Brickell coming soon, we’re building real momentum across the region.”

Expanding throughout South Florida marks a major milestone for PopUp Bagels, bringing its bagels across four new cities. The new locations will deliver the same freshly baked, hot-out-of-the-oven bagels that have redefined the bagel experience in NYC, Connecticut, California and beyond. The shops will serve bagels for walk-ins, advance orders, and catering.
