Sports bar Courtyard Hooligans at 140 Brevard Court is revamping its space, according to an announcement in late January. Images of the ongoing construction display extensive renovations in the space.

The brand centers around the love of soccer, offering a spot for soccer fans to enjoy matches together.

The renovation comes about half a year after the ownership team behind Courtyard Hooligans renovated sister concept Valhalla Pub & Eatery. That renovation process added 2,000 square feet to Valhalla’s footprint.

The team behind both concepts has been rolling out multiple changes across their family of brands. Crafty Beer Guys at 127 Brevard Court has rebranded to Spurs Up Saloon, with both country and dive bar elements. As renovations proceed at Courtyard Hooligans, Spurs Up remains open for customers to visit.

As of now, a completion date for renovations remains unclear.

“We apologize for the renovations taking longer than expected and can’t wait to have you all back home with us,” a recent Instagram announcement stated.
