Ganbei is revving up to offer the Valley and its visitors an All-You-Can-Eat Chinese food experience like no other. Ganbei, which means “Cheers” in Chinese, is slated to open at 3601 W Sahara Ave 113, according to a city permit.

Wing Law is at the helm of the new eatery. What Now Las Vegas spoke with Law about the opening, who confirmed that Ganbei will open in early 2026.

“I’m implementing a new style of serving at my restaurant,” Law said via email.

“Basically, it would be All-You-Can-Eat. However, instead of having to order from the servers, we systematically roll out all the food to your table for you to pick and choose.”

Sounds exciting! While there are no details available just yet on the menu, the serving style sounds unique and fun.

Ganbei doesn’t yet have an online presence, with no social media pages and no website yet. Law didn’t share many details about what will be served, but did say you’ll be able to enjoy AYCE at an affordable price at Ganbei.

“I am proud to have a ‘true All-You-Can-Eat’ menu. There’s no limit on certain expensive dishes. And the best of all, we allow customers to pack up food that they can’t finish,” Law said.

“We try our best to stay all natural and healthy with our food. While powders are the easiest and cheapest way to make soup base, we choose to make our own genuine bone broth over the processed lab product.”
Besides the food and serving offerings, Ganbei will also have outdoor patio seating. Law said it’s one of the restaurant’s biggest features.
“Our biggest feature is our outdoor patio seating. This is the biggest reason I chose this location to operate,” Law said.
“My vision is to provide a backyard-like environment for patrons to enjoy a drink or two. Equipped with gravity chairs and even a 2-seater swing, I have succeeded in providing the perfect place to unwind after a day’s work.”
Ganbei is opening sooner rather than later, so we’re sure you’ll hear more about this eatery.
“I am confident that the general public will appreciate our style of operation. Very soon, we will be sprouting new branches across town and state,” Law said.
Ganbei is to open at 3601 W Sahara Ave 113, early this year.
