Mariacheez Pizza is embarking on bringing its beloved Mexican pizzas and crepes to the Centennial Center. According to a city permit, Mariacheez Pizza will open its second location at 5770 Centennial Center Blvd, 145.
Maricarmen Soria runs the open establishment at 4800 E Bonanza Rd with her family. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Soria, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“We blend authentic flavors with innovative twists to create mouthwatering dishes you’ll love,” the Mariacheez Pizza website reads.
The menu focuses on fusing traditional Mexican cuisine with pizza, offering specialized, flavor-forward options. Beyond traditional pizza, Mariacheez Pizza offers unique options like the “Del Mar” and “Hawaiian Mexican” pizza, alongside garlic Parmesan fries.
“Founded by culinary enthusiasts, we strive to offer a unique and memorable dining experience,” the website reads.
Besides pizza, which is noted for having crispy yet airy crust, Mariacheez Pizza also offers crepes, wings, and salad.
“Our founders, inspired by their rich heritage and love for food, created a menu featuring mouthwatering Mexican pizzas and delectable crepes,” the website explains.
“Today, Mariacheez stands as a testament to our dedication to quality, flavor, and community. Looking ahead, Mariacheez aims to expand our culinary horizons while staying true to our roots.”
Mariacheez Pizza is slated to open in the Centennial Center alongside Moo Woo Korean BBQ and Bourbon Street Sports Bar.
