Ember & Oak is coming into Vegas, mysterious but intriguing. The new dining and wine concept is listed as “coming soon” already on its Instagram page. A city permit for the establishment places Ember & Oak in the Pacific Business Park subdivision, where it’s slated to open at 6235 S Pecos Rd.
The new winery will be in good company. Ember & Oak will open in the Pacific Business Park subdivision alongside Aged In Oak Tattoo And Art Parlor, Chefit, and Luminous Coffee.
No word just yet on when exactly this year, Ember & Oak will open, but we’re sure you’ll hear about the opening on the brand’s active social media page.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Kathryn Pstrak, who was listed on the city permit as the primary owner of Ember & Oak, to try to garner more details to share with our readers, but we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Where wine seduces, and fire refines,” an Instagram post sharing more details about the new restaurant explains.
“A space to savor, to linger, to feel something. Every plate, every pour — crafted with intention.”
The picture detailing information about the new eatery lists Chef Samantha Anaya as the founder of the establishment. Anaya is also listed as Chef de Partie for the JWMarriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa on her LinkedIn page.
While details about what exactly will be on the menu and what type of wines will be served continue to be a mystery, the little hints on the Ember & Oak Instagram page suggest that the new dining option will offer an upscale taste and environment.
“At Ember & Oak, we don’t chase trends-we craft experiences,” the Instagram post reads.
“It’s the kind of place where a single bite can change your mood, a glass of wine can start a story, and every night feels like it was made just for you.”
Ember & Oak is set to open in the Pacific Business Park subdivision at 6235 S Pecos Rd.
