In Babson Park, not far from Babson Park Elementary School, a new spot for coffee looks to be preparing for an opening. This week, What Now came across plan review documents submitted by Crooked Bean Cafe Inc. for a new restaurant project by that name (Crooked Bean Cafe), to open at 772 Scenic Highway N.

Details on the Crooked Bean Cafe are not yet available. What Now reached out on Wednesday to Reynaldo Gonzalez, president of Crooked Bean Cafe Inc., to ask about plans for a new coffee shop on Scenic Highway North. Gonzalez was not immediately available for comment.

Which means that, for now, we’ll have to wait for more details to come out (What Now is awaiting a response from the business owners by email).

The location in question would situate Crooked Bean Cafe among local businesses like Flip’N Vintage and Babson Park’s Family Barbershop, in a building just south of Taqueria La Michuacana y El Kora and the similarly named Crooked Bass Grill and Tavern.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available!
