Ziggi’s Coffee, the growing coffee chain born in Colorado and expanding around the country, is preparing to open a new location in Wesley Chapel. Plan review paperwork submitted by SDRS Enterprises, LLC places the new Ziggi’s at 3114 Hueland Pond Blvd.
As it happens, however, this story had already broken by the end of last year. New Tampa & Wesley Chapel Neighborhood News published coverage back in November which said that a Ziggi’s Coffee Drive-Thru planned for Mansfield Boulevard would in fact open on Hueland Pond Boulevard.
“Ziggi’s Coffee currently has about 100 locations in 18 U.S. states, but only one other location — in St. Augustine — currently open in Florida,” the coverage says. “The company is in a rapid growth phase, however, with more than 200 additional Ziggi’s Coffee locations now in development.”
Items currently featured on the Ziggi’s menu include coffee drinks like the Coconut Caramel Shaken Espresso and the Brown Sugar White Chocolate Shaken Espresso, along with handhelds like the Pesto & Turkey Sandwich, the Ham & Swiss Croissant Sandwich, and the Cheesy Chicken Melt.
“What started as a small coffee shop on the corner of Main Street in downtown Longmont, Colorado in 2004, has since grown to multiple drive-thru and coffeehouse locations across the U.S.,” says the Ziggi’s website. “From the beginning, Ziggi’s mission has always been simple: To serve a convenient and superior cup of coffee with service customers can rely on.”
