Morgan Park Now Open for Leasing in Fayetteville

The build-to-rent division of Parkland Communities, Parkland Residential, has announced that its new rental community is now leasing. Morgan Park in Fayetteville is the new community that is located between E. Laier Avenue and Booker Avenue. The community will host its grand opening on February 27.
On-site leasing began last week. The community has recorded more than 20 showings and 10 applications within this period.

Floor Plans Available in the Community
Morgan Park offers two open-concept floor plans to renters: The Dogwood and The Laurel. The Dogwood is a 1,958-square-foot home with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a loft, and a garden tub. The Laurel is a 1,636-square-foot home that includes two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a private deck.
Both plans include a one-car garage, oversized primary suites with walk-in closets, and dual-vanity baths. The kitchen features quartz countertops and flows into a spacious living area. The central community greens are overlooked by the covered decks and porches.
Morgan Park homes also feature smart home technology, including smart locks, smart garage doors, and smart thermostats. The garages are EV-capable and offer added convenience to residents with electric vehicles.

Morgan Park features 124 rear-entry stacked townhomes. These are designed around New Urbanism principles and are centered on a large community green. The amenities include a cabana, two pools, a large playfield, a dog park, and a dedicated mail kiosk.
