The essence of Paris and French cuisine can now be found in the Addison dining industry. Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café has opened a new outlet this week. Locals can now enjoy the signature sweet and savory crêpes, specialty drinks, and cafe specials of the brand.
Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is Now Open in Addison
Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, a Houston-based concept, has opened its latest North Texas outlet in Addison. The grand opening was held on February 16, 2026. The guests can visit the cafe at 5290 Belt Line Rd., Suite 110, every day between 8 a.m and 9 p.m.
The fast-casual French-based brand is renowned for its sweet and savory crêpes. Other menu attractions are waffles, salads, paninis, handmade lattes, and matcha drinks. The Addison restaurant has a well-planned interior that aims to provide an elevated yet relaxed atmosphere for dining.
It is the fourth outlet of the company in North Texas. Sweet Paris is in the process of developing over 27 more units in various states such as Texas, Minnesota, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri, among others.
CEO and co-founder of Sweet Paris, Allison Chavez, stated that the Addison opening is one of the primary growth milestones. It shows the alignment of the brand with the dining culture in the community.
“The town’s energy, dining culture, and close-knit community align perfectly with our brand, and we’re proud to grow our presence in North Texas in partnership with Ludo, Yi, and the wonderful team they have put together to bring The Art of Eating Crepes to our customers.”

Local Entrepreneurs Lead Addison Expansion
The Addison location is operated by franchise partners Ludo and Yi Le Gall. Ludo is a French native with a culinary background. His long-term goal is to bring the Parisian cafe culture to the Texas communities.
The couple initially came to know the brand in 2018. They opened their first Sweet Paris location in Friendswood at Baybrook Mall in 2020. They subsequently entered into the Metroplex with a McKinney outpost, which opened in June 2025.
The Addison cafe is their third Sweet Paris restaurant and the most recent move in expanding in the region. Ludo mentioned that the opening was a proud milestone reflecting years of growth and partnership with the brand.
“From taking our first leap into entrepreneurship with Sweet Paris to now opening our newest location, this has been a journey defined by growth, learning, and strong partnerships. We’re grateful to the Sweet Paris team for the support that’s made this expansion possible.”
The brand is also encouraging guests to enroll in the Sweet Paris Passport loyalty program. This can be done by using the brand’s mobile app, as it provides monthly discounts, birthday offers, and future purchase points.
With a mission statement to “Revive the Art of Eating Crêpes”, Sweet Paris has developed into a nationally growing franchise. The company has recently been ranked No. 68 on Fast Casual’s 2025 Top 100 Movers & Shakers list.
With its most recent expansion in Addison, Sweet Paris continues to expand its presence in North Texas. The brand is striving to bring its French-inspired cafe culture to more communities.
