A Fan-Favorite Coffee Chain Is Dropping Golden Cinnamon Foam

Tim Hortons is welcoming the spring season in the U.S. with new drink customizations, bakery items, and limited-time treats.

Tim Hortons U.S. is kicking off the spring 2026 season with a fresh lineup of new flavors and limited-time treats. The menu update includes a new Golden Cinnamon Cold Foam and bakery items like Choco Chip Banana Bread Donut. Along with that, the brand is also reintroducing seasonal favorites.

Tim Hortons Rolls Out Spring Treats Led by Golden Cinnamon Cold Foam

Tim Hortons, a fan-favorite global coffee chain, is rolling out its spring menu. It is offering new drink customization options, sweet baked goods, and returning seasonal treats.

Leading the lineup is Golden Cinnamon Cold Foam, a limited-time topping that can be added to any cold beverage. It adds a lightly spiced, smooth layer of cinnamon sweetness to iced drinks.

Golden Cinnamon Cold Foam can be paired with cold brew, iced coffee, iced lattes, and iced matcha lattes.

The flavor is also featured in a new Golden Cinnamon Iced Capp. According to a PR Newswire report, Maria Posada, Vice President of Marketing for Tim Hortons U.S., shared, “Golden Cinnamon Cold Foam gives our guests an easy way to elevate their favorite iced beverage with a silky smooth layer of richness while enjoying their go-to drink.”

New Bakery Additions

Alongside the beverage launch, Tim Hortons is also adding three new baked goods:

  • Choco Chip Banana Bread Donut
  • Choco Chip Banana Bread Timbits
  • Blueberry Cheesecake Mini Pastries

Maria Posada said the new banana bread items are inspired by a classic, comforting flavor. She added, “And our new Blueberry Cheesecake Mini Pastries are the perfect pairing of deliciously flaky croissant dough with a creamy cheesecake and blueberry filling.”

Additional limited-time bakery items, including the Spring Chick Donut, Spring Egg Donut, and the Timbits Spring Bucket, will also be available from March 18.

Protein Lattes Return to the Menu

Tim Hortons is also continuing to promote its Protein Latte lineup, which was first introduced in January. The menu features a high-protein blend of milk and whey in several latte options, including:

  • Protein Latte (up to 23 grams of protein)
  • Protein Matcha Latte (up to 28 grams of protein)
  • Protein Chai Latte (up to 26 grams of protein)

The drinks are aimed at customers looking for a more filling morning option while still enjoying their usual espresso, matcha, or chai flavors.

All spring menu items are available for a limited time at participating U.S. locations. With these seasonal offerings, Tim Hortons aims to boost customer engagement and drive spring sales across its U.S. locations.
