“], will open at 4469 Glenwood Road in the Candler-McAfee neighborhood of Decatur.

“We should be open sometime in February and can’t wait to get started,” Bennett told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in a telephone conversation Wednesday.

Bennett crew up cooking Caribbean dishes with her grandmother in New York City, and the cafe will feature those same home-grown recipes in addition to some American deli classics.

The 1,000-square-foot space is located directly next to Vibes Nightclub on Glenwood Road. Minor renovations to the space will be completed before the planned opening in February.
