Los Angeles burger joint Burger She Wrote is expanding to a second location. The restaurant will open at 14245 Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks, according to a recent post. A representative with the brand told What Now Los Angeles that they are targeting an opening at the end of March.

Professional skateboarder Don “Nuge” Nguyen and restaurateur Steven Arroyo founded Burger She Wrote in 2021. The Los Angeles burger spot currently has a location in Fairfax along Beverly Boulevard.

The spot offers a simple menu centered around smash burgers made with 100% American Wagyu beef and Kings Hawaiian buns, inspired by the Oklahoma smash burgers of Nguyen’s hometown of Oklahoma City. The menu also features fries, Mexican soda and vegetarian and gluten-free options.

There is also a location on the way to San Vicente Boulevard in Brentwood.
