A franchise company is again making big moves in Ohio this year.
Another 7 Brew was added to the list of new Ohio locations opening soon, this time at 729 US-250E in Montgomery Township, per an article from Richland Source. This continues the trend of new 7 Brews popping up around the Buckeye State. Right now, the opening date will be sometime in the fall after construction finishes in September.
Motley 7 Brew is the franchise company behind the Ashland location, with shops in Ohio, Texas and Georgia. It was started in January 2023 with the goal to bring drive-thru coffee spots to the state. Franchisors Rick Nader and Tom Cook are hoping to venture out into the Pacific Northwest after opening locations around Texas next.
“At Motley 7 Brew, we’re not just brewing coffee–we’re serving up connection, energy and joy with every cup,” says the description on their website.
Fans of 7Brew know what to expect with the menu, which includes hot and cold brew coffees, energy drinks, fizz drinks which have sparkling water infused in flavors and topped with cream, teas, lemonades and shakes. New drinks have been crafted recently like the cereal milk matcha latte with skim milk.
The coffee spot is coming to the north side of Ashland in the Bailey Lakes area. This is across the street from Dollar General, and a Culver’s is also coming to this area in the near future. Ashland is about an hour and 15 minutes north of Columbus.
Along with additional Columbus locations, new 7 Brews are set to arrive around Northeast Ohio and Cincinnati over the next two years. What Now Columbus has reached out to Motley 7 Brew for comment.
