CFS Coffee, also known as Coffee For The Soul, is opening a new shop.
The company announced on its website that a Mount Dora location would be coming soon, but listed no exact address or opening date.
Paola Bornacelli founded the charming coffee shop to support Colombian coffee farmers. All coffees are brewed with 100% coffee beans sourced sustainably from Colombian farms. The shops also place importance on Colombian heritage and offer coffee labs, farm-to-cup experiences, and cuppings. Customers can choose to have their coffee brewed via chemex or syphon or have it pulled from an espresso machine.
The coffee and beverage menus are divided into three sections: the first “wakes you up” for the morning, the second section is meant to “inspire you” during the day, and the third is designed to “connect you on your journey back home”. In addition to coffee, you’ll find arepas, bowls, and smoothies.
CFS is a growing company, with more than a dozen locations including Downtown Orlando, Coral Gables, and as far away as Oak Brook, Illinois.
