The Siano’s Pizza & Pasta team is planning a second rustic Italian restaurant. Trattoria on Main will open in Downtown Monroe at 109 S. Main St. #5542, currently home to Main Street Bistro. Main Street Bistro will be closing in light of the owner’s retirement.
“She and her staff have taken wonderful care of this space over the years, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue its story,” a recent social media announcement stated.
The team is targeting a mid-April opening, according to the announcement. The spot will offer shareable dishes featuring fresh pasta and sauces, fresh mozzarella and classic Italian dishes. More menu details will be announced in the coming weeks.
