A new concept called Simpli City Cafe is heading to 3216 South Blvd in LoSo this spring, according to permitting and an Instagram page for the brand.
Simpli City Cafe will offer coffee, lattes, smoothies and foods with whole ingredients. It will aim to bring fun, creative energy to the space.
“Our cafe is inspired by everyday life in a major metropolitan area,” the website states. “Fast pace, high energy and creativity. While we understand some people need a quiet place to work from their computer, our shop is not that. From the steam wand to the groovy R&B, our space is as bright as a shot of espresso.”
