Cookie Head — the cookie shop known for its delicious, oversized cookies, is opening a Miramar shop.

Dulce Marie LLC filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open a shop at 3 Main Street, Suite 104. No opening date has been announced.

Cookie Head, formerly known as Blueprint Cookies, is loved for its cookies with new flavors rotating into stores on a regular basis. Customers can look forward to a surprise selection with each visit, keeping every visit fresh and new.  The company offers four core cookie flavors, along with fun flavors such as chocolate chip, guava cheesecake, a blue cookie monster cookie, and chocolate peanut butter.

The company has just launched its new identity, bringing an updated named and decor to its current and future locations. In a previous interview with What Now Philadelphia, chief operating officer Johnny Ciarlante shared that the company was thinking of rebranding and expanding its product line as early as summer of 2025. “In September, we were in the process of acquiring another small cookie store that had the name Cookie Head. It was kind of a natural evolution to where we could rebrand that Cookie Head, rebrand Blueprint and turn it into this concept where we still have cookies at our core but able to offer new offerings.”

Cookie Head has introduced rotating baked goods such as brookies (brownie/cookie hybrids) and flourless chocolate cakes, along with soft serve ice cream, and milkshakes. A new offering that’s popular is the Brain Freeze that blends its cookies or other desserts into soft serve.
