Ellianos, the drive-thru specialty coffee shop, is planning on opening a new location in St. Cloud.

The announcement was made on the coffee chain’s official site, noting that construction has begun at 4949 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. The shop is planning to open later in 2026.

The coffee company added that the St. Cloud location is part of an ongoing expansion for the brand in Central Florida that includes a recent opening of a Winter Springs location a few months ago. In addition, several locations are in development throughout the Orlando area. In the statement, Lawton Unrau, president of Ellianos Coffee, said, “We’re excited to become part of the St. Cloud community. Our team looks forward to serving guests with the speed, quality, and hospitality that make Ellianos a daily favorite in Florida.”

Founded in 2002 in Lake City, Florida by Scott and Pam Stewart, Ellianos Coffee has become a “go-to” for people who crave coffee and fast, friendly service. Menu favorites include coffee drinks, freezers, and breakfast grot bowls that top creamy grits with eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage.
