Gold Crest Distillery, the home of P1 Vodka, is eyeing a Downtown Orlando distillery and tasting room.

The distillery submitted permit applications to the City of Orlando for a potential move of its distillery to 503 W. Central Boulevard in the city’s Parramore neighborhood. The new facility would incorporate a distillery, bottling and labeling production facility, and shipping area. In addition, the space would house an 1,800 square foot tasting room and retail sales area. No opening date has been announced. According to Orlando Business Journal, owner Mitch Patel said that the move was still in the planning stages: “We are still early in the process and working through the city’s review and permitting steps, so the plans are subject to approval.”

The application also noted the new location’s close proximity to both the Kia Center and Inter&Co Stadium and, since the liquid is served at those venues, “Visitors attending events can engage with the brand both inside the arena and just steps away at its production home”.

P1 Vodka is locally distilled from non-GMO high-quality corn and Appalachian spring water. Patel first started selling P1 in 2022, which is distributed throughout Florida, Mexico, Canada, and several states. The vodka is distilled in small batches, and each bottle is decorated with hand laid gold accents for a rich, personal touch. A portion of sales goes toward providing clean water for developing communities.
