As Japanese restaurant Izakaya Osen relocates in Silverlake to a nearby space, sister restaurant Omakase by Osen is heading to the soon-to-be-former Izakaya Osen space at 2903 Sunset Blvd, Osen Group CEO Damon Cho confirmed with What Now Los Angeles.

The brand temporarily closed in November with plans to open in the new space in May, according to the brand’s website.

Omakase by Osen features Japanese-French fusion with a refined, intimate sushi bar concept. The concept offers a rotating menu of seasonal omakase courses, featuring fresh sushi and sashimi.

In addition to the shuffling of concepts in Silverlake, the Osen Group has a new restaurant in the works in Orange County at Canopy at Great Park.
