Brassica Sandwiches + Salads — the Columbus, Ohio-born Eastern Mediterranean restaurant known for its organic ingredients, bold flavors, and feel-good mission — is bringing its food culture to Houston for the very first time. Founded in 2015, Brassica has cultivated a devoted following across seven Ohio locations and is now planting its first flag in Texas.

Brassica Sandwiches + Salads hosted its Grand Opening on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Brassica in Hunters Creek Village. Brassica’s Texas debut was one giant, all-day block party of food, serious giveaways, and genuine community connection.

Guests enjoyed complimentary Brassica Fries and the first 100 guests through the door received  a $100 Brassica gift card. Throughout the day.
