A fast-casual Lebanese-inspired concept is continuing its steady expansion across Greater Boston.
NAYA is preparing to open a new approximately 2,047-square-foot location at 1 Worcester Road in Framingham’s Shoppers World, confirmed a company representative. The forthcoming outpost will join a bustling lineup of fast-casual neighbors, adding another globally inspired option to the heavily trafficked retail hub.
The representative pointed to the plaza’s built-in momentum as a key draw. With its blend of residential neighborhoods, office spaces, and retail activity—often referred to as the “Golden Triangle”—the area is a natural fit for NAYA’s expanding suburban footprint. These locations are especially well-suited to serve families, office workers, and a growing demand for catering and group dining.
Founded as NAYA Mezze & Grill by Hady Kfoury in 2008, NAYA has since scaled to more than 40 locations across five East Coast states. Locally, the brand currently operates four locations in the Back Bay, Watertown’s Arsenal Yards, Summer Street in Boston, and Kendall Square in Cambridge. Additional Boston-area locations, including sites in Burlington and Boston’s Fenway, are slated to debut in 2026.
NAYA’s menu is rooted in personal tradition, drawing from recipes passed down from Kfoury’s mother, who trained the chef at the brand’s original location. Today, those flavors are translated into a fast-casual, customizable format, where guests can build their own rolls, bowls, or salads. Bases range from vermicelli rice and seasonal grains to romaine and greens, paired with a variety of proteins and flavorful additions like hummus, lemon tahini, pickled vegetables, and spicy sauces.
The menu also features a selection of classic mezze, including tabbouleh, grape leaves, falafel, spinach fatayer, and cheese rekakat, along with pistachio baklava for dessert. A typical meal, including a beverage, costs around $18.
Offering both dine-in and takeout service, the Framingham location is currently targeting a late summer opening. Looking ahead, the brand remains committed to deepening its presence across Massachusetts.
