The team behind Nacheaux, the culinary brand that has been serving up “Southern Flair at Its Boldest” since 2020 with food carts and event catering, is preparing to open a new burger spot. It’s called Burger Syndicate, and it’s opening soon at 221 SW Ankeny St.
From the look of it, though, this menu has a bit more punch than you might expect from your typical burger joint.
“You ever had loaded fries?” says a post published to Instagram by the restaurant in early March. “Not the kind where someone throws a cheeseburger on top of fries, melts some American cheese, and calls it a day. We’re talking real loaded fries.”
And, well, see the spectacularly delicious-looking image above.
“Crispy Cajun seasoned fries. Slow smoked brisket with that bark. House made slaw. Pickles for the snap. Fried onions for the crunch. Sauce dripping through ever layer.”

Details on Burger Syndicate’s launch are still forthcoming. The restaurant’s Instagram page says it’s working toward an opening in the spring.
